::I have to say most of the aides were nice except for a few that were rude and nasty.. P.T and O.T were very good.. Except for a few.. Sam who was P.T and Michael who was O.T. we're very helpful.. They really worked hard with me.. Thank you so much..

::My mom spent about 9 months here. In and out of hospitals into rehab facilities. My mom loved this rehabilitation location. They provided very special care and my loved the garden where she would spend some of her day outside when she was feeling good. I recommend this place to anyoneooking for a place where the staff of the 3rd floor North was extra sweet and professional with my mom. Thank you for making her long days and nightscomfortable.

::There is a sign in the elevator that staff members will never tell you “ It’s not my job.” How true this is! Instead they will say you should go speak to this one and then that one says you will need to speak to the other on and on and on it goes. The staff and mangament are like robot zombies who make you feel like you are the crazy ones. My father has been there for three weeks and just saw a doctor today after having a major surgery. Not one single person will tell us his prognosis or when he will be released. His insurance will no longer pay for the stay and we have to pay out of pocket. No one here cares. The manager Alexandra will lie to your face with a smile and the nursing staff lies. Most are rude. The doctors are horrendous. If they are not lying then even worse is that they do not know what they are doing. I actually have seen fights between staff break out in hallways. I advise you to check any place out before you send a loved one anywhere. One thing for sure is do not send them here. You’ll be chasing your tail for God knows how long. It’s a living nightmare that keeps recurring on the daily.

::Excellent staffing especially with physical therapist, social worker and nursing. They definitely takes good care of my grandma. Place is clean and people will greet you hello as you walk in front desk or in elevator. Will recommend this place to our friends and family.

::Words cannot express how wonderful every single staff member was! The quality of care my mom received was second to none. This experience has assured me that if my mother needs further care, The Grand will be my first choice, I will recommend to anyone needing this service. Thank you all!! Well the above post still holds true as far as the care she received from the staff, however, once my mother was released the Social Workers job was done. I was given River Spring Health services as the agency who would be providing at home care for my mother and I got nothing but a run around. My mother has now been home for 3 1/2 weeks and still no service. I've had to find my own service, which meant starting the process all over. When I contacted the Social Workers at The Grand and explained the situation, they gave me no resolution at all. As a matter of fact, not one voice message was returned and the two times I spoke with someone, they advised me that they would look into it and nothing was done. The last telephone call I made I was told by the Social Worker that he would personally look into it and get back to me. That was a week ago.
