  I can never check my account balance using the automated system. They never answer the phone

  The absolute worst place to do any type of business with. I’m financing a car though this bank and the interest is ridiculous, they take their time contacting you back regarding any issues and when they do they’re extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars.

  An ATM deposit should not take 6 days to deposit. They are playing with my money, and my finances are not able to handle this. From now on, all my payroll checks will be with ENT. Roxy acted like she didn't care, and made me feel like I was begging for my own money... They drafted money out from the checks I gave Wednesday on Thursday, and Monday I still don't have it in my account.

  Ive been with this credit Union before the changes were made Since High school So maybe about 10 years. No one Ever Answers the phone But when you go in the bank they are not busy at all barely anyone in the lobby, Voicemail is full the system is always messing up online. Say they are hiring but never looked at my inquiry about a employment opportunity. Clearly you guys need help

  We have been with this credit union for years but after the change to the district no one answers the phone and voicemails are all full. I can no longer transfer funds between my account and my joint account. Then they have made changes to my account without notifying me. I’m looking for a new credit union. What a joke.
