::Such a cool and unique hotel! I was on the fun and games floor, which was made to feel like you are in the pac man game. All employees I encounter were super friendly, professional, and helpful. Also, the cookies on arrival are great!

::This hotel gets creativity points for the floors being different themes. I loved floor 13: The Horror Floor even though I stayed on 12. The fitness center is one of the best I've ever experienced while staying at a hotel. The beds & pillows were so cozy I felt like I sank into my bed. Very centrally located and walkable downtown.

::The best part about this hotel is the location. It's in a nice part of the downtown and you can walk to a ton of restaurants and venues. Each floor has a different theme and some are much better than others (shout out to the horror and games floor). However, the rooms on the floors are NOT matched to the associated theme; the hallways for the floor have theming all over them, the individual rooms do not. Rooms themselves are contemporary and sleek.

::A fun hotel. Each floor is themed and you can tell it's all about the fun experience. Nice rooms but you're not paying for a 5 star experience. Some staff very helpful others just normal. Good deal for the price. Management is not helpful if you have to change your reservation.

::Made suite reservation for my Husbands Birthday, upon arrival we were given the wrong room (standard room). Went to the front to let hem know the room I was given was he wrong one, they told me the suite I booked was already taken and it was a mistake. Was told he only room open was a hyper theme room(not a suite) and that is all they can do for me. When going to the room it was not at all what I paid almost 300 dollars for. When I called up front to let them know that we were not happy due to the mistakes the manager then told me I can get a standard room and or I can leave the hotel. Hallways were loud at night, security was called due to the noise. There’s also no free breakfast for the already high priced that was charged. Only thing good about the hotel was the view, will not be returning. Bad customer service
