::The hotel is in an old bank and the interior main hall with the two story ceilings and carved inserts were kept. The rooms are well done including marble bathrooms. It's a very pretty and unique hotel and I will be coming back!

::If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The Renaissance is a very cool and unique hotel property in the downtown area. The building was originally the Colorado National Bank building, and the hotel honors that history throughout the lobby and also uses the old bank logo all over the hotel. The lobby itself is a spectacle, with the old bank vault doors visible to the public and the vaults themselves now available as meeting rooms. The concierge lounge on the second floor has decent amenities, but the best feature is the way it overlooks the lobby. The floor layout for the rooms (and the rooms themselves) have a unique layout due to the rooms being converted from offices, but all furnishings and fixtures are very modern. We enjoyed this hotel way more than the nearby Ritz-Carlton - more character and better service too! I would recommend the Renaissance if you are looking for a Marriott property in the area.

::I have read some bad reviews about this hotel but don't believe them. This is an excellent hotel , with great rooms and excellent customer service. My wife and I went there for our anniversary and they were amazing . Even the valet service was worth the cost because of there excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

::The space is The Colorado World Bank converted into a hotel. Beautiful remodel showcasing the building history and integrating it into a hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms very nice, cozy, good downtown views (unless you get an interior view room). Our check in was easy, Hunter was wonderful, helpful, and a great familiar face to see when going through the hotel. Great experience at this hotel! Better priced than the other downtown hotels and definitely a better overall experience.
