::Pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great - I believe I was helped by the owner who was very eager to assist me. She sampled me on about 15 hot sauces when I told her I was looking for one as a gift. She was incredibly nice, although I will say the prices were higher than I thought they'd be. The food products are artisan so expect a markup.
