  I needed to get a spare bike tube and this place was opened late, most bike stores close at 6 or 7pm. This place stayed open till 8:00pm. Customer service is fast and friendly. They mostly had single speed road bikes and a mixed group of mountain bikes.

  This guys put a load of bull on you but their services are lamentable. Please get a second opinion from other bike shops before you you commit.

  This place is absolutely amazing. I was recommended to The Bike Truck from Reddit and it completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve had less than ideal experiences at bike shops before I moved to NYC, so I really had a lot of questions. Taj helped me find my dream bike and answered all my questions throughly. Jake, their owner, is super cool too and helped me with directions. I can not recommend this place enough and they have a customer for life.

  The people here are really chill and knowledgeable. I had no idea what to look for. I told them what I needed the bike for. After 3 different bikes and some customization. They handed me a dream bike under $500. This place definitely has a new dedicated customer.

  New The Bike Truck brand bike is the bomb. It is sturdy, well made and simple and nothing seems to be loose or complicated with it to become a problem. This is a real city bike, perfect for fast commuting and weaving through traffic. The guys fixed it up for me, how I prefer with a rear rack and a basket. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
