::I have to say, they have a great selection but absolutely horrible customer service and support. Here is my story. I purchased a Felt FRD from them in early November, everything was delivered as stated which was great. After getting the bike built, I contacted them in early February surrounding two warranty/recall items (aero bar clamps and rear brakes). For a month straight I tried 7 times to get in contact with them. Once they wrote back stating they would need a few days and then never responded. Eventually in early April, Sheila Cosgrove responded to my email stating she needed the serial number of the bike and the brakes. I provided her the bikes number within 12 hours. From there she said she would contact Felt and get back to me. Several weeks goes by, nothing. She wrote back the very end of April after I followed up with her multiple times and she said she would follow-up with Felt again. Now it is May 22nd… since then I have tried following up three times with no response. I am heading into Ironman/race season and still have the fear of my aero bar clamps breaking or my rear breaks sticking… R&A is a bike shop, FELT states you must go through your bike shop to get parts… what can I do at this point? I am so disappointed in their absolute lack of regard for customer service and support… and now if something happens during a race that either impacts my results or causes serious injury… what do I do? Well… at that point, after months or trying… I hold them negligent.

::4.27.18 - Picked up my bib for the Crit and as usually the owner and the staff are super nice and relaxed. It's a neighborhood shop with a lot of cycling gear to offer. I have a different bike Mechanic who I go to, but the owner has been a around for a while and I doubt he would employee mechanics who barely know what they are doing. If you're looking for a great local bike shop, I would recommend R&A for sure.

::The Worst bike shop in Brooklyn and possibly in the whole NYC area!! Horrible costumer service and really rude staff! Don't waste your time and money at this shop! There are far better stores in the area with a much more friendly atmosphere and awesome bikes!

::This is my favorite bicycle shop in Brooklyn because they took time to explain things to me when I showed them my interest. Like how bikefit works, how to change an inner tube, presta valves, wrapping bar tape. What I’m trying to convey is this place although not inexpensive is a quality place to spend time & money if you’re into high-end / performance oriented road biking.

::I wish I could give them zero star. I sent an email first to inquire about the triathlon bike but then I decided to call them so I can place an order over the phone as well. Awful experience! Very rude customer service. They advertise 60 days return policy on their website but when I ask the person who answered the call to confirm, his reponse was it’s only 1 day. Then he decided to say that he doesn’t want to sell the bike to me because I was asking him too many questions. I decided to say thank you and hung up the phone. How do you guys expect customers to pay thousands of dollars without even asking you basic question? The attitude he had was totally UNACCEPTABLE. No manners to talk to customers. I Will Not recommended these people for anything.
