::My go-to bike shop in DC. Friendly, great service, want you to get what you need, not what they happen to have right now.

::The folks there were helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. I'd definitely go back again if I needed some help with my bike.
BikeRack Sucks
::NEVER GO HERE. Created this gmail account just to leave an anonymous review/comment to say how much Bike Rack sucks. I still want the free tune ups so I will go there for that, but i fear if I used my real name they would mess my bike up because the employees are condescending as can be. It definitely starts from the top cause the two managers are intimidating losers that don't give two craps about customer service.

::They have a good bike selection. They do have nice accessories. We went in, roamed around the shop for about 5 minutes, some of the staff were free, but nobody asked us if we needed help or even said welcome folks.

::Friendly neighborhood bike shop for everyone from casual rider to commuter to racer. Retail sales and bike servicing. They have frequent classes, workshops, developmental rides, and more. I've found it very welcoming compared to other shops.
