  Love all their watches and the ability to customize them. The leather and watches are handmade. It is pricey next to typical retail, but feeling the quality it seems right. It's a great feeling supporting such a high-quality product that's American-made in Detroit--with reminders on the back of the watches and the watch face. The staff is very attentive and the store is beautifully designed.

  Shinola's Logan Circle store is another great shopping opportunity along 14th Street -- although it might just be window shopping. The store is beautifully laid out and employees are friendly and helpful. That said, the prices on some goods are exorbitant.

  I had a special day with my partner and I couldn't leave my work to pic up the watch that I know that would be the best gift for the occasion. They we're so kind to delivery it for me at work the same day in the next hour! Best customer service ever. Wonderful people and products are amazing. Love it.
