::It's a place to offer condolences to every person who served our country, who may be not hero but he is. My workplace gives me a chance to visit this place pretty often. And every time it's a meditation, thinking what if. DC has another place similar to this - Japanese American memorial. They are totally different, opposite but at the same time giving you timeto think. If you step into Veterans memorial, take your time and read.

::Quiet outdoor memorial in honor of the generally unsung heroes of our military, those living with a life altering disablilty garnered during service.

::Understated but elegant. Visit in the early morning or at night.

::Thanks to making a Monument to those who have given so much. It was a welcomed sight on my walk down the Ave at night.
