  The Alexander Hotel is magnificent. I would advise anyone considering an upscale Hotel in Indianapolis to consider the Alexander Hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. The facilities are immaculately clean. The food every corner is amazing. I have seen the rooms and they're very nicely decorated with comfortable beds. If you're coming for an NFL game make sure you book early because it's the nicest hotel nearby to Lucas Oil Stadium.

  Excellent accommodations and service. Our room was like an apartment. We had everything in it, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove, the whole nine. They even supplied the China and cookware in the cabinets! One of the better art deco hotels I've been in. Awesome hotel bar too. Try the popcorn. It's addictive. Definitely staying here again.

  Great place. Newer and spacious. I have one of the mini suite or condo room with a fridge and mini kitchen. Great bathroom and well lit. This place was just bought by Wyndham hotels. Has a small restaurant in side and is nicely located downtown. A few locals said it was one of the more nicer hotels.

  To be honest, I've never stayed here. I've only been attending conferences and grab drinks at Plat 99 or meal at Market Place. The hotel is beautiful. I enjoy all the arts. They also provide an art tour if you're interested. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.

  Hubs and I stayed at The Alexander while in Indy for a conference. I had read a great deal about how artsy it was, and how it was just beautiful, but I don't think I really 'got it" until I arrived. We were greeted by some pleasant fellas who were genuine in their hospitality. We were led up the stairs to check-in to the hotel. The front desk staff were pleasant, and the process for check-in was easy. Our room was awesome, very posh and modern. The a/c worked, which is always a plus, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Our time spent in the conference area was also nice, the hotel put on a great nosh spread for us, and were always very friendly. The staff also helped recommend places of interest, and called a taxi when we needed one. Mentioned most in the reviews, and should not be overlooked, is the art. The place could double as a modern art gallery. Everywhere you turn is another great piece, worthy of a stop just to admire it. I really loved that part of the hotel more than anything!
