  Hotel was decent. They were extremely busy while we were there due to five weddings in the same weekend. They only have four elevators to support 20 floors and at times it took upwards of 15-20 minutes to get between floors. Even though I confirmed multiple times that I needed adjoining rooms they were unable to fulfill the requirements. However they did upgrade to a larger room with a pull out couch which was able to accommodate our needs.

  Super friendly staff. Great service. Nice rooms. Good views. Here for a wedding, but I'd come back.

  The front desk staff were the best part of this visit. For what we paid for this room, we could have had a much better room and a much better stay somewhere else. The waitress in the restaurant was rude and because we didn't order an alcoholic beverage it was clear that we weren't as important to her as the other guest. There were a million things wrong with this hotel. The elevators are very slow. You better plan on climbing the stairs. The elevators are very slow and the light to catch an elevator basically shuts off as soon as you push the button. So, you have to continue to push it if you want an elevator. The quality you are getting for the price isn't worth it. The view we had wasn't horrible but we did ask for a room facing the monument which we didn't get. The light fixture in the bathroom had a bulb out and a light fixture being held on by double sided tape. The chair in our room was stained and gross. The couch feet were sticking out and you were constantly kicking it every time you walked by it. You have to pull with a lot of force on the knob so you can have a shower that isn't just dripping. The faucet for the bathtub will spin completely around. Overall, if there is a room open somewhere else go, you will have a better experience.

  Stayed here two nights for professional event. Only complaint is that the elevators are old. They move to your desired floor very quickly, but you can sometimes experience extra g-force as you come to a stop. As of wiring, they have signs saying they're working on modernizing the elevators. Room was clean. Nice view of the Monument from the conference rooms on the 21st floor. Dinner was good, Starbucks coffee provided for people participating in event. Breakfast was very simple muffins and fruit. The banana bread muffins were very good, though. Good location in the city.
