  We get take out from Thanh Tam when we crave pho and they never disappoint. The broth is flavorful and one large pho can feed two people. The restaurant itself a hole in the wall so the dine in experience isn't that great. I have mixed feelings for a how much they charge for pho; while a $12 pho seems high, it is also a shockingly good deal compared to other places on Valencia. Beyond pho, other dishes I've gotten here were rather lackluster and sometimes taste a little overly fermented. One problem might be that they are a small kitchen, and yet offer a menu that is pages and pages long. Perhaps the quality would be higher if they just stuck to the favorites.

  Our go-to Mission Vietnamese place. Fresh ingredients, authentic, friendly and funny staff joking with local regulars, big portions. The fried roll with pork or shrimp vermicelli bowl is everything a girl could ask for in life. If a girl was me. Bae loves the lemongrass chicken noodle bowl.

  Best banh mi in the mission. Super affordable at 6$. I suggest the grilled pork over the chicken. Very friendly people and very fast service. Food is amazing here. Total hole in the wall with dank viet food.

  My wife and I often enjoy lunch at this restaurant. Food is delivered to table fairly fast and tastes pretty delicious as well. They are always working hard, but kind to every customers. Recently one day, I realized a while after lunch, that I had payed too much tip just because I took the net price wrong. To my surprise a few days later, I found in my credit card account that they have only got the net price without tip!!! Can’t believe this honesty!

  Great food. Even a lot of Keto options on the menu. Tasted authentic and very delicious.
