::Dr Al Assi and his nurse have been such great people. Every time I go in to see them for my check up they are very good listener and are alway concerned for the patients. I would recommend him and his facility for a gastroenterologist doctor office for you to be seen. They will take care of you very well.

::I always enjoy my experience with the clinic. They are always very courteous, very discreet with personal information around others, and just down right wonderful. Thank you for being a wonderful place to come to🥰🥰🥰.

::My visit at Texas Digestive was really positive as Dr. Al-Lassi is a very attentive, caring and patient doctor who listens to his patients and addresses their needs.

::The initial consult was great! The disappointment didn’t start until I was scheduled for a procedure. Dr.Seto was great but his staff lacks customer service , specifically speaking on Karen . She was rude and not very attentive when trying to express my issues and concerns I was having. She continued to cut me off instead of listening, then told me I could find a pharmacy that provides the prescription I was seeking and give them a call back with the pharmacy. (Not helpful at all) after I was told by their office that my prescription was sent and processed by another representative on 4/6/22. So you could understand my frustration when I get to the pharmacy and they have no clue about a prescription. My other concern , would anyone have followed up with me to let me know that, guess not seeing as how this all took place on last Friday and today is now Thursday. So I’ve went a whole week with no prescription. It’s very upsetting when you’re told one thing and it turns out to be something different. I was also not informed or made aware about the second copay for the procedure itself. I was called twice by the office and neither time did the representative make me aware of a second payment with the office were my procedure would be conducted. There needs to be better way of providing the patient with all the necessary information with it comes to making payments! Provide the patients with all the ins and outs including payments , procedures and processes !
