  I have been a patient here for almost 3 years and now that I have primary and secondary insurance they are wanted a copay and when you are double insured what one insurance won’t cover the other one will. It no matter. How sick I am today they would not see me without an copay after I told them I was doubled insured not even hey we can bill you for the copay just flat out no money for copay no service. How can any doctors office refuse to help a sick patient who is doubled insured. That’s just sad. I will be transferring PCP now I’m headed to the ER so sad. You guys have to do better for y’all patients.

  I came last week and miss Allison was absolutely exceptional!!!! She was so personal and made me feel so comfortable in a situation that I would normally feel very uncomfortable. I highly recommend.

  My baby had her 15 mo wellness check here. It was a short wait, the doctor was knowledgeable and attentive, and all of the staff were very friendly. My baby was very upset after getting shots, so the nurses even gave her a toy and she left in better spirits.

  They are too expensive. They over charging $200 then want people to still pay $40 with financial assistance. What happened to helping at community health centers..Not good and they get government assistance. Smdh “AMERICA” what is really going on

  The doctors were nice but their follow up is horrible. I had an appointment on 2/28 of which I was supposed to hear back from them in 3 to 5 days. I heard nothing. Nothing at the pharmacy. I called today because I have a severe ear infection and was scene. They stated the last prescription was sent in for the other visit. So they proceed to send in an order for my ear medicine antibiotic pills and ear drops. I get to the pharmacy wait an hour for them to tell me they did not receive the order for the pulls. Only order for the ear drops which would be $280 when the doctor said they would be $28. So here I am with my ear shut closed and they are now closed.
