  I took my impala here to get my ac compressor put on as well as my axle they were suppose to call me when they took off the axle so that i could go exchange it amd bring it back since it was under warranty the guy NEVER CALLED me then he called me telling me the car was ready so i said how no one called me to pick up the part so y no one called me about the axle he told me go buy it then i put it on but your car is ready so when we get there pay for the services fixing to crank my car itwouldnt start then he boosted it off and it started then turn on ac they had my car for 2days in a half days. Get there they ran my battery completely down so he had to boost my car. It crunk air blowing i pay we fixing to leave it atop blowimg so he tell us leave it for a hour we make it home he call its ready ao we go back its blowingthen drive off we live literally 10 mins away b4 we get down the street good enough it started blowing less and less then instant HEAT keep in mind i have 2 kids with breathing allergy and other medical problems. And with this TEXAS HEAT TO so get home nothig is blowing working or nothing so call him again he get mad because i payed for services i didnt recieve so he tell me oh the compressor didnt have the O rings ( what mechanic dont let a customer know b4 they put anything on esp when missing parts in which where included with the part . so we both work long hours so we didnt have no time to take it back right then due to our work schedule as we explained so we been calling him since this weekend no answer closed ect so i have a mechanic to check my car i find out as the mechanic is checking it my compressor lines were not connected not tightened or anything the freon was lost instantly leaked out due to this instantly no o rings no nothing even after he said he was going to fix it HE DIDNT HE put the old o rings on the line that wasnt connected just pused in the place it was suppose to connect to. I called the shop to tell him that this was very unsafe very dangerous i explained what was not connected and not put on and that i spent my money for them to do a job a service not to just for them to throw up my car damage it tear up things or for them to just take my money i explained i have been constantly working with them to try to allow them to fix the problem or make this situation right cause this isnt doing good business@ all the guy got so mad went off on me told me i keep calling im like WHAT!!! HUH!! I suppose to call you when i payed you over 200 and something odd dollars to replace my Ac compressor THE ONLY THING THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR (Besides the axle that he didnt bother to do fix or nothing) he got even madder i told him at least give me some of my money back or something its not NO way i have to pay 2 mechanics for the exact same job in which the original mechanic didnt do and messed up more things and costed me more money then for him to HANG UP IN MY FACE Then Just finding out only one person has mechanic license also. I had to file a complaint with the BBB i have submitted my onformation to Fox 4 news and any and all places i can get help from about this situation and to let the world know this place isnt a business they TAKE people money and curse them out TALK CRAZY TO THEM AND HANG UP IN THEY FACE. THEY laugh @ people who cant speal English either and thats A ultimate NO NO we were there when we first dropped off my car a mexican guy was trying to get help he couldnt speak english(the shop not knowing we cam speak spanish as well ) the mechanics no the people thats playing mechanics where laughing in his face talking about how dumb he was and lets see how long will he try to explain it to us and Laughed out loud in which angered us and made my brother speak out defending the guy and telling the guy in apanish what the issue was my brother had to explain to them what the guy was needing and told them thats not how you treat people ao they laughed and said OHHH you know spanish Laughed AGAIN. So DONT NOBODY GO HERE ITS A RIP OFF. Very unprofessional SCAMMERS & Racist also

  Just had my car services here recently. Got couple quotes but went with this shop since the price was very reasonable. Problems fixed and got it back in time as promised. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

  They are the best in the Industry for as the work performed daily , weekly & monthly . I personally wouldn't trust anyone else working on my vehicle !

  2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD diesel with an allison transmission. They changed out the IMS (park neutral safety switch) for $110 labor. This task requires dropping the valve body. I called at least three other shops to get quotes before choosing TD transmission. They even had the engine code (P0852) cleared up when I picked it up. The mechanic was very professional and explained to me the repair procedure in great detail. They had even offered me same day turn around if I could drop it off early enough that morning.

  Had a standard shift transmission put in here. It has never shifted correctly and is now missing reverse. We have brought the truck back 3 times since it is under warranty. Each time we get it back they say nothing is wrong, even though you can not shift into reverse and more recently 4th gear. Worst transmission shop ever. My truck is sitting there as we speak, with no communication from them as to what is being done with it. Avoid this shop. It is absolutely horrible. Truck is worse now than when I brought it to them. Spend a few more bucks and take your car to someone who will actually fix it. I don't want anyone else in the same situation I am in now.
