  SAM is a RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY!!! I only wish I had!!! Came in for an oil change. They put 20w oil in my Tahoe that requires 30w oil. Came back and asked Sam to change it to 30w oil. He said he did but my truck was still ticking. That is what it does when you put anything but 30w full synthetic oil in it. I took it to my oil change place of 5 years and found out Sam cross threaded my oil pan drain plug. Took it Sam and he said he is not going to fix!!! He is not responsible!!! When I asked his name, he said Sam, just Sam, and would not tell me his last name. I asked who owned the shop, and he said he does not know. Wow! Really? What a RIP OFF place!!! Now it is going to me $300 for a new oil pan. October 6, 2016.
