  I came in to the branch because my debit card was used fraudulently and I had to get a new card ... when I asked about how we can avoid this in the future the rep. told me "that's online banking" when I asked about the dispute process he told me "that's the dispute dept." This one star rating is specifically about the rep. at this branch he was rude and not helpful.
