::Every experience with the staff at Apple Bank has been very pleasurable and beyond satisfactory. They’ve worked to help me with issues on my accounts, answered obscure questions that I’ve had regarding branching out financially, even walked me through some issues I was having during the pandemic. They’ve always managed to exceed my expectations; and whenever I move forward and branch out into other financial instruments, they will always be my first stop. The new building is gorgeous and open; and while the old building had a certain 70s architectural vibe that was unique, this one seems both timeless and modern. Give them an extra five stars for their customer service, always pleasant attitude, and desire to help.

::The ability to deposit through the ATM has been down for 10 days. Not minutes or hours but days. This is totally unacceptable.
