    Tried to order euros by phone. As a customer of 30 years there is no accomodations made. You need 2 trips to the branch. 1 to order, 1 to pick up. Ridiculous.

    I visit this bank frequently and have never seen them sanitize their drive thru atm.

    Walked in to open an account for my daughter. We didn’t have an appointment. It was 15 minutes before they closed. There was also another young lady sittiting there WITHOUT an appointment and we were told we couldn’t be seen and to make an appointment. Horrible customer service and rude. Last time I checked customers don’t get kicked out prior to closing. I worked at a bank before and we had to see every customer that walked in even if it was a minute prior to closing. They should also have more than ONE customer service rep available.

    It's Monday. Signed in at 10:30 to open up an account. It's now 1120. Three other people came after us and left because They could not wait so this place just lost three customers and there seems to be no sense of urgency. Pretty frustrating and unbelievable. The only reason they got two stars is because we were acknowledged as waiting.

    Stopped into this Chase branch to deposit 2 checks. Not something I do very often (who uses checks these days). I approached the counter after the bank teller named Sherry called me over. I told her i needed to deposit 2 checks into my checking account. She handed me a deposit slip and told me "in the future you need to fill this out before coming to the counter" I understand that this may be common practice or standard operating procedure, but I honestly did not like her tone at all. The place was empty, and I am surprised that Sherry basically directed me away instead of simply filling it out for me. I get its probably not SOP but still i expect better service of a place that i am giving my money to as part of a service, but they cannot fill out a piece of paper for me.
