  TD Bank Elmsford: Home of the Incompetent Deposited cash into the ATM, to later find out there was a mechanical issue. It was hard for me to wrap the idea of my $400 simply lost. The branch “manager” came out only simply to tell me I would have to wait 1 week until the ATM will be serviced. No emotion, no sympathy and let me leave upset. Within two hours of calling corporate, they were apologetic and funded my account. TD corporate kept me as a customer. As to TD, John Bojko would be better as a store manager of a McDonalds.
