  Short Story: Server down, rude management and employees, charged double for something they said they "waived", and had no access to my money from July 2nd to July 5th. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- July 3rd, Website was down for online banking and I needed one sheet of checks and to order a checkbook. I went in and the the staff was unable to help me which was fine, I understand things happen. They couldn't answer why things were down though, and were quite kurt in their responses. I went in July 5th again, for the same reason. I asked again what happened, and still no answer and received quite frankly a irritated response and look as to why I was even asking. The teller ushered me to sit with another banker to order the book while she printed off a sheet for a $3 charge. I was able to order the checkbook, and a man, I'm guessing the manager gave me two sheets and said he waived the fee and apologized for the inconvenience. Which was fine, until today I realized I was charged for both of them on my online chase account $6.00, for two sheets instead of waiving the fee for one. All in all terrible experience, and I'm changing branches now, and possibly banks in the future. Robert M.
