  The laziest staff I’ve ever seen in TD Banks. I walked through with the little baby, we were in line of two persons in front of us, we had been waiting for 1 hour!!! I saw the banker who just had the main screen and Google with no program, no work. Other banker was just walking through. I think they need to change the branch management for sure.

  All td banks across the world need to get it together honestly. Why when money is taking out of the account for a bill you guys don't take it right away, or it take you guys decades to clear money that was taken out a whole week ago, or for the fact money is put back in after you paid for a product. I'm going to need you'll to just get it together seriously getting on my nerves get it together QUICK or chase will be welcoming a new customer.

  I have been calling TD since Jan 4th. Today is Jan 14th and I am still unable to reach someone via phone. Some days I held on for as long as 1 hour and still no one picked up. I have to take time to go to the bank simply to find out the date my account was open?! This certainly is not the most convenient bank!!

  There is always a long line. No matter what time or day you go. 3 stars for not having the computers working when I went to get my card fixed which was having issues. Customer service was great, just some things need to be updated a bit.
