  one star for that short, rude, and heavy makeup white girl teller behind the counter. she is the black sheep of this branch.

  Matthew Shapiro gave a dissatisfied service very smug. Poor customer service I would not even give it a star in order to post my comment I had to give it one star don't even deserve that very sad for Staten Island I received better service in Manhattan

  I tried to get a paper notarized and they just ruined the whole paper , wasted my time and didn't even ask what should be done for the paper because there is some criteria must be met for every notary requiring paper ..they just do it without asking you or even checking I did it there one time right and the second time I thought they would do it the same way But they just ruined it without me knowing Now I have to do it all over again

  Service and staff has gone downhill rapidly lately. Been banking there for years and have watched the huge decline in their "legendary" service. I actually go out of my way to go to Brooklyn branch now just to avoid those jokers at this branch. Who is running the show there?, TD. At times there are only one teller. Also I waited 30 minutes one day for a new card while staff were making personal calls while working. Looks like the branch manager in his office, who also went out to his SUV in the parking lot for personal reasons during this time was 20 years old, while the older women were working at their desks and it seemed he had not much to do. A big complaint of late for all TD Bank is the elimination of the coin counting machines. Small bus. Owners like myself needed that machine and having them was a big reason I banked there . Looking for a new bank for my business as well as personal banking now. Legendary service.???..I think not !
