  We came there for one of the supervisors to sign paperwork for us. We’ve known this supervisor from her time as a teller at the Staten Island mall. This was very important papers to us But she got very shaky about it and wouldn’t sign. For some reason she thought she was going to get in trouble which was furthest from the truth. Then when we wanted to order checks we wanted to start them at 101 but for some reason she wanted us to start at 5600. We initially agreed but then as time went on I thought why should I start a number that I didn’t want to begin with so I change the checks myself. This dealing with her really turned me off to that bank.

  This is the worst bank I have ever did business with. Slow service and nobody is ever in there.

  this is the least busy hsbc in all of ny yet they seem to move the slowest. no smile, no thanks, all attitude. you take my money and can't show any customer service?! one star is being generous.
