::Indoor ATM confiscated my bankcard without sufficient warning simply because i was slow to answer question on screen . staff could not help retrieve my card . reissuing myself another card with nobodys help . moral of the story . NEVER use an ATM that Swallows your card . no where on the machine was i warned i could lose my csrd At Any Time nor a warning sticker near where bankcard is inserted

::Worst TD branch, some of the worst employees. I am a long-time business customer with large account balances. I went for a routine transaction, they said it will be about 10 minutes, 20 minutes later they said it will be another 15 minutes. In disgust, I left and went to another branch where the transaction was completed in UNDER TWO MINUTES!!! Manager: investigate and fire some of these people. I am never coming there again and plan take my entire business to another bank.

::Great staff!! They get me in and out quickly! It’s always a pleasure to see there smiles on there face! They even try to remember who you are!!! One staff member recently was just so divine and helped me to the extreme. I wouldn’t go to any other bank beside this one!! I recommend this bank to everyone!

::Ive only had my account with td for about 2 weeks and those two weeks have been thr worst experience with a bank in my life. I thought having my payxhexk go though a bank would make my life a little more organized. They take a week to deposit paychecks. I could go to walmart and have my money on the spot. There are unknown transactions goinf on in my account when i wake up in the morning. Ive been charged overdraft fees when my account have never been overdrawn. Im closing my account asap...stealing from people who dont have a lot of money.
