  At first glance this appears to be a nice bank, however that is not the case in my experience. I have not been able to use the mobile app or login to the website to review my account activity for 3 weeks now. Each of my painful calls to customer service were not helpful. I was told they can’t see my account status or balance and someone would call me back. That has not happened as of yet. I expressed concern that I have no visibility of my account activity and was told again there was nothing they could do but promise another callback. These practices not only appear unethical, but borderline illegal. I do not recommend this bank unless you’re using it as a secondary account due to the unreliable service I’ve received.

  Good location with parking right in front of the premises..
