::I have been banking with TCF since the beginning of 2011 and all in all it has been a wonderful service... They use to set up booths all around town and just so happened to set up one near my work and they were offering $150 deposit in your account just for making the switch...naturally I made the switch... Needless to say, I’m still with them today and have really enjoyed the quality of service I have received...as even just yesterday I visited this location “last minute” ( two minutes before close) and the banker who was working still treated me like gold.. no attitude- although I figured she could’ve had some since it was almost time for her to go home to her personal life- and very accommodating and even genuinely asked me if there was anything else I needed assistance with.... now that’s good customer service.. customer service I can trust... with a bank I prefer.. thank you guys!

::Don't waste your time on this Bank worst customer service when you try to call you can be on hold for 30 minutes or more! Their banking service is way back deposits are not cleared until the next banking day like the Dinosaur age with them! Trust me take your money elsewhere

::This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever had to go to. In 3 visits, my experience each time was sub-par to say the least. Let's just discuss what occurred today though. I went in for a simple notary. After waiting 30 min. the branch supervisor Eric Taylor was not only unprofessional, but he attempted to notarize my document illegally. I provided an original document needing notary, he then copied it and stamped the copy. I said this is not going to work, the original document needs notary. He then says to me, "This is how we're going to do it or you can do it somewhere else!" First off, that is not how notaries work, you can't notarize a copy. I will be going above his head once I find the supervisor and trust me, maybe their notary privileges will be revoked as they don't know how to do it the right way.
