  Tiffany, Neicy, and Jessica we're all amazingly helpful. Their systems were acting up and they still did everything they could to help me. These girls are great at their jobs, very friendly and genuine. Thanks again for being so polite and helpful.

  After a 4 year relationship with BOW they decided our Smoke Shop business were not good enough for their banks so they forced us to close all 11 of our accounts with them within 10 days. We are moving on but will never have anything good to say about this bank again. Not good for Colorado

  If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. My first experience with Noemy was the encounter that made me want to open the account however, she transferred me to an incompetent girl named Marisel or something like that. It was by far the worst experience I've had with a financial institute. She insulted my intelligence by telling me that I could not open an account with California Driver's license because my home branch would be in Colorado and I would live in California. Apparently, in this day in age it's too confusing for Bank of the West to open an account in one state and have a customer move to another state within the U.S. (which also has Bank of the West locations) She then attempted mock me by telling me to have good day in an immature manner. I will never reccommend this bank nor will I open an account with the bank. If you are foolish enough to use this bank request Noemy and stay far away from raggedy Marisel( Or whatever her name is). She's a hater blocking others commissions!

  I've tried a lot of banks. Bank of the West is finally doing me right.
