  They have drastically cut back on store front employees. Every Saturday that I’ve been there they have zero cashiers working. With 2 Self checkout lanes only. And yet they will have a person “ managing” the self checkout lines to make sure nobody cuts the line or whatever. That person could just be doing a register rather then being a referee for disgruntled costumers. Makes no sense. The store is a mess as well. I rarely shop there now.

  Despite it's location in a relatively heavy person-traffic area, it seems to be well-managed and offer a good variety of things to buy that you can't get elsewhere in the Poughkeepsie mall. It's in a good location.

  We had a wonderful experience today. The staff were helpful and polite. Prices were great and the store was clean.

  Decently organized considering how packed the store was (Friday evening just before xmas). The cashier was friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the long line before checking out, though the wait was fairly brief.

  Clean. Friendly staff.. Seems like they changed their produce area.. Looks better.. Fresh products... Prices are fair... Parking area is very larger...
