  No wonder sears is going out of business left and right try to call store and u get freaking retard in India and you need repeat 20 times that you want talk to person in the store not in india Good luck delivering here

  This is for sears repair service. my 2 year old fridge needed a new compressor. lets put it this way- it broke mid november and 2 months later its still not fixed. appointments not kept-"truck broke down" - after took day off from work to wait- parts not delivered on time ,etc. finally got the compressor in and that evening- new error code and no fan - another 2 week wait probably for another "diagnosis" and then another 2 week wait for repair - seems to be the pattern. that will put me 3 months out without proper function refrigerator. Been keeping food cold in garage when it doesnt freeze. i will NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN.they deserve to go out of business with their worse than poor customer service

  Not long ago this used to be a nice store, but it has gone way downhill and is in shockingly bad shape. Heard that Sears is having a hard time procuring merchandise and it is obvious since there are less than 1/4 the number of items in the store compared to three months ago. Also, only one register available on first floor and had to pay for everything in jewelry department. Eddie Lampert has ran Sears into the ground, and the company will not be around much longer.

  If I could give them a lower rate I would. Not only did they deliver a product that was not working as advertised, they promised to make it right. When I got to the store that all changed. No longer would they make it right but they wanted to charge me a lot more money! My advice is to stay away. Shop somewhere else. Sears delivery also damaged the wall in my house! I'll try to leave a picture but, no damage is acceptable.
