::I selected this store for a photo order pickup. Upon arrival, the photo machine was broken. Guest services had no idea when it would be fixed or how to change my order to another store. I tried calling later to see if I could speak with a manager and when pressing "0" or "2" to reach an operator or guest service desk member, my call was dropped both times.

::Went to buy a tv that was listed as in stock on the site. When I got there I saw two on display that I would have bought. I was told there were none in stock. I told the salesperson I would buy one of the displays and then was told I could not since they were on sale and not on clearance. I will not go to this Target again. In my opinion it is false advertising and if there were true customer service they would have offered to sell a display since they lied on their site saying the tv was in stock. I have never had a situation like this at any other store.

::So my receipt would not print. The cashier attempted to get my receipt printed at the register which she was unable to do so. Cashier told me to go over to the Guest Services and they would be able print my receipt for me. After waiting for about 20 minutes they come back and tell me the people who are authorized to print receipts for their customers are busy appending someone and I had to come back to get my receipt. If you want a higher rating you may want to get your machines in working order and start treating your customers with respect.

::A few great employees, but it's generally hard to find things and it can be difficult to find and get good help with that. Good product selection in certain areas though. Good help in electronics. I avoid going if I don't know where what I need is because I've had several hour long trips with kids looking for a difficult to find item.

::My husband and I picked out bedding. There were â20% off all beddingâ signs in at least 3 aisles. The discount didnât show up at checkout, so we called over a manager. She was rude right from the start, and had an attitude like we were inconveniencing her. She said âyou need âcartwheelâ to get the discountâ. I said I didnât see that on the signs and my husband asked her what cartwheel was, and she just rolled her eyes. I told her to cancel the order and she didnât even look at me. I went to a different target location, had the cartwheel app nicely explained to me, and purchased bedding that I liked better, anyway! Shame on you, first manager. Itâs all on the self-checkout video if anyone in customer service cares to review it.
