  It was like a ghost town. No associates, except loss prevention to be seen downstairs by the kitchen goods. Men's section were friendly and helpful.

  I just bought a Michael Kors crossbody pink bag, wore it once with a black dress and the starp turned blue! Went back to Dillard's to try and exchange it for the same exact bag. Mind you I just bought it and the lady who claims she was manager was rude and couldnt help me solve my problem. So disappointed in the customer service that I received I will never shop there again! Dillard's back up what you sell and hire managers with good mannerism!

  I love shopping here. A lil costly but will worth it. Your clothes/shoes are from a better material that will last longer. I always find some thing to buy here. I love to buy shoes here.

  salesperson in the women’s department on the first level near the mall entrance at 4:00 pm on May 2 2018 displayed no type of customer service skills, no smile hello or offer of assistance. I actually said hello twice before she mumbled hello back under her breath. Then she just stood looking upset for no reason. No follow up or anything. PITIFUL

  Went to Dillards while on a work trip to Denver. Spoke with Paula V., beauty advisor, for assistance. Paula was superb in her knowledge, professionalism, and approachability. She really stood out. Kudos to Paula and her excellent demeanor and ability to make a tremendous first impression repping Lancome and Dillards.
