  I hate working out! Haha but Tailormadebodiez trainers really do make it fun, they're always switching it up and keeping it fresh ,which for me is really important as I get bored easily

  I randomly found Tailormade Bodiez through groupon back in February. I was at a point in my life where I knew I needed a personal trainer because I didn't have the discipline to commit myself to a stable diet and routine. I played sports growing up and frequented the gym (inconsistently) so I knew how to work out, but sometimes you have to switch it up. The groupon was for four sessions and the price was right so I purchased it. I went in for my first session and at the conclusion of it, knew Aaron and Tailormade Bodiez was the perfect fit for me. I ultimately ended up signing up for an extended fitness plan for 6 months. In those six months I can honestly say I was the healthiest and most in shape I'd been in years. Aaron is very calculated in his approach as it relates to the diet and fitness plan. I truly understood why the company is called 'Tailormade Bodiez' because I felt that diet and fitness plan were tailored perfectly for me, taking into consideration many different aspects of my life. Though it wasn't easy, the goal set was achieveable, attainable and realistic. I can honestly say that I'm excited and happy with the progress I've made because I did reach my goal. I'm confident that without Aaron's help, I wouldn't be in the position I am now. I'm thankful and grateful for Aaron's help and guidance over the past 6 months. I learned a lot about dieting and fitness during this time. I know getting a personal train can be nerve wracking because you really never know who you're going to be paired with up. Can you trust this person? Are they truly invested in you? Do they have your best interest at the forefront? Does this person make you feel comfortable?I can assure you that the answer to all these questions is 'Yes.' There are a number of personal trainers out there, but if it ain't tailormade then it ain't right!

  I hadn't worked out in awhile and I told myself that I needed to get back into shape. I contacted Aaron and he really has helped me so much. His knowledge about workouts and nutrition really helped me to learn, not only from our sessions but how to apply them outside of the gym. He does know what he's talking about when it comes to doing certain exercises and he works you to the bone but that's what you'd expect if you want to get the results. Very flexible as well, being able to reschedule when I could make it and never cheats you a session. Very accommodating to how your body feels every session and optimizes your results with different workouts and advice along the way. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a jump start in their workouts or those that want a new challenge.
