  Extremely disappointing. They refused to confirm my prescription for an online contact order 1 month after I had an exam there because of a dispute over contacts that I paid for through them and never received. Unethical and terrible customer service.

  Dr. Alice Chen was very nice, caring, and explained everything thoroughly. She took her time even though it was past closing time. Thank you!
