  What can I say? It's fast food. It's no better or worse than your average Taco Bell. They get extra points for keeping the drive thru open late and serving warm food.

  Awful! I am not going to this location again. Ordered delivery. They forgot my jalapeños, forgot the guacamole that I paid for, but to top it off they forgot the drinks. When you sit down to dinner you kind of enjoy having a drink. Go to the one on 75th street in Downers Grove, better service and they don’t often forget stuff.

  Like all the suburban Taco Bell’s, this one has spoiled tea in the self serve area. In addition, the self serve soda fountain taps and tubing are never cleaned or disinfected as the beverages always have a funky, moldy flavor. Even the water is bad tasting. I have worked in restaurants before, and know it’s a big deal to clean these soda delivery systems, and it’s quite obvious the Bell is skimping here! I’m concerned it’s unsafe to drink from these machines. I have stopped dining there, unless I can remember to bring my own beverage, but kinda defeats the point of eating out.

  Both of my Cheesy Gordita Crunches had a tiny bit of meat that didn't even fill half of them and were cold. This taco bell location is always a disappointment.

  It's always something with this location. Usually the sauce is forgotten but i ordered 4 burritos and cinnamon twists. Got home to realize there's no twists. Okay whatever. We start eating the burritos and it feels like you split 2 burritos and made 4. Not to mention there were no fiesta strips on any of them. There was no line. It wasn't busy. At least they remembered the sauce. 🙃
