  I've been a long time customer of Mickey's for years and it looks like I've have to find someplace else for lunch. The order of fries I received today was over half inedible. Not overcooked, just old. I don't even know how they could purposely make them that bad. The cheeseburger was passable. No napkins or ketchup were in the bag nor was I asked if I wanted some. Prices have increased over 20% in the last 6 months. Go elsewhere.

  The beefs taste great, but the staff needs some training on how to wrap Italian beefs. I get my beef dipped & cheesy. This restaurant makes my beefs perfectly, but this restaurant wraps the beef in paper first and then the aluminum foil. The last 2 beefs I purchased here, I went thru the drive thru, and I literally spent some time getting the soggy paper out of my beef sandwich, I was so annoyed.

  If a Gyro Plate is $14.99 and a large fries is $3.99, they tell me $20 and some change and end up charging my card $24 and change. They give me no receipt... Something is shady about this location... Check your bank account right away. I abhor theft especially to loyal customers... Got to report to BBB and a few other places now. Have it on cam too and sending it out everywhere...

  First time trying Mickey's today. It will be my last. In my opinion the food is overpriced and average at best. The service is extremely unpleasant unfriendly and rude. If you're looking for the best handmade gyro in the Chicagoland area try Nick's on Harlem avenue. Friendly family run business with better quality, friendlier staff, and the best handmade gyro you'll find in town. Again this is all my opinion but don't say you weren't warned.

  The chicken Gyros are out of this world good! Don't know what is on them but they are absolutely delicious! Food was hot and fresh most of all it was fast!
