  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REVIEWS ABOVE ME PRAISING WILLIE ARE FAKE! RIGHT AFTER I POSTED MY REVIEW THEY HAVE ADDED THEIRS BY THE REQUEST OF THE MANAGER I had the worst experience ever at this location!! Willie was very rude and unprofessional. It was like he was bothered that I was in the store and as if he did not want to help me. Sixto on the other hand was very nice and welcoming, he treated me the way I am used to being treated at a TMobile store he showed me what accessories would work good with my phone. This was my first and last time at this location and am about to cancel my service with t mobile just because of the way I was treated by an employee. It literally made me sick to my stomach how somebody can be so rude to a customer! I have called corporate and sent in emails! I will also be sharing my experience at this location on YELP as well! T mobile if you know what’s right for you company Willie is not it! And should be trained to treat ALL. Customers that walk through your doors fairly!!! I went to this location after leaving the route 17 location and they told me I would get the same customer service as their location because it is corporate owned and I did not get that same customer service!

  Whenever I have any concerns or questions regarding my t mobile account I come to this location. The staff is pleasant, friendly and always greet me with a smile. Willie the manager is great. He is very knowledgeable, hard working and extremely patient. I can tell his staff values and respects him as their manager. He has a good team under his wings. Best customer service I have ever received at a T mobile store!!

  HI .. I was there today at the store location today and Willie the manager helped me out. He is very patient and efficient. I was very pleased at his customer service... he was joking around with me and is very knowledgeable. Definitely will go back to this location if he is there. Thanks Willie for your help and professionalism. Donish

  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL I called them twice asking about a particular offer because I didn't want to go for nothing, and they confirmed me BOTH times that I could go there and get it. Guess what? I get there and they are like: " oh sorry, this offer is not available anymore". Can you believe it??Do I pay my gas or my time waisted with your apologies? Go instead to the T-Mobile on Rte17, they were great!
