  DON'T GO THERE!!! THEY ARE SO STUPID. THEY TURNED MY UPGRADE INTO A NIGHTMARE. BUY YOUR PHONE ONLINE. THESE GUYS AT THE STORE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DON'T EVEN ADMIT IT AND APOLOGIZE. AWFUL. IT TOOK 5 PHONE CALLS TO 611 TO GET MY UPGRADE SETTLED. TERRIBLE. I'D GIVE THEM -1 STAR IF I COULD.

  Store is kept very clean, A+ for that. Went to transfer content from my iphone 5s to the iPhone 8. Jonathan made it fast easy to get all content to my new device.

  Went a few days ago to add some lines to my acccount the knowledge from the sales rep Jonathan was great. He switched my service to the t-mo one plan which is the best one for unl everything and also helped me open up my business account. I recommend you to visit this place so you can switch to the best provider.

  A few years ago I went into the store and realized how much of a Rat Hole it was. The former manager or current manager Dwayne I'm not sure if he's still there nor do I care was the biggest coward I've ever seen. At one point one of his employees was being yelled at by a man he stood in the back and smiled has avoided Conflict by not doing his job has left the responsibility of the managerial staff to his employees. Not to mention he has slept with multiple T-Mobile team members and at one point was even trying to holler at a 18 year old. Also the Align themselves with female Indian woman by the name of arsh. Who happened to be inherently racist this store is by far a huge septic tank. T-Mobile the company is actually really good and I've been to stores within friendly and helpful. But this store never again and just due to the fact that that one manager refused to do his job properly told me how much the store is non functionable. So anybody that walks into that store I suggest you walk right the hell out
