  I can’t thank Maria and Eric the manger enough for their hospitality and patience with use. This store is one of the best sprint store in the neighborhood.

  Excellent customer service. They treated you like a friend and not just a customer. Been to other competitors and they don’t know what they’re doing.

  The worst Sprint store ever! First time we came, they gave us the wrong SIM card to put in a new phone to do a phone swap. And on top of that, they charge $25 per SIM card when sprint online and customer service specifically says it's free. Second time came in to try to change the SIM card to get the one that actually works, they changed our plan without telling us. Good thing we got instant email notification on the change of the plan, and we asked them on the spot. They said, "oh, we'll call customer service and fix it". What??! The plan was changed from a cheap plan to a more expensive plan. This is ridiculous! DON'T EVER COME HERE!!

  The service at this location was amazing. I had just dropped my phone and broke the entire screen- so I stopped in to see what I could do. I was greeted by both Laura and Sean, who helped me the rest of the way. Sean went above and beyond to explain my options and guided me towards the one that worked best for me. I had trouble turning off find my iPhone and he worked patiently with me while we figured it out! After my new phone was taken care of, Laura helped me pick accessories that will prevent an accident like that from happening again, and Sean helped put the accessories on so it was done correctly. If you have a few Sprint store to chose from- definitely go with this one. What a great Sprint team they have here! I will definitely be going back for any future necessities.

  They don’t follow Sprint’s rules. They bring me in to get my equipment from a 30 mins drive without disclosing that in order for them to sell you the cellphone you have to buy an accessory bundle that cost 80 or 150. If you don’t want to get them they rather not sell you the cellphone.
