::Decent store but T mobile offers horrible customer service. Their answer to every problem is upgrading/paying for a new phone. I am currently replacing my 3rd warranty phone which are all refurbished pieces of junk. They look new but never work correctly. Also charged me 5 dollars for an activation fee that they failed to mention during the previous visit when I ordered it (on a phone that ended up not working correctly). I remember when cell phone stores used to actually service problems now the reps won't even call the 1 800 numbers for you. The young employees do not understand the type of service that long time customers deserve and/or were not trained properly. I will be shopping for a new carrier in 2 months when phone lease is done. I suggest all new customers check everywhere else before making a decision to do business with T Mobile.

::Stopped at this location because it was closer to home and waited for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. A sales rep finished up with her client, saw me standing there, and kept walking away into the break room. Another associate or Manager perhaps, couldn't tell was sitting at his desk relaxing like he was at a coffee shop, then comes over to the other associate and began assisting the customer with that associate. A couple walks in ten minutes after I did and the same girl who turned away from me came out to help the gentleman who skipped me. I told her I was there first and she didn't even say anything to me, just kept helping the gentleman. I don't know which staff these other people have dealt with but the morning crew at Lindenhurst yesterday were horrific. I rather drive to Massapequa then come to this awful location.
