  Excellent service, always. Gets NYSSMA music for my kids. Bill does great job on repairs-- long time customer here.

  If they didn't provide rentals, they would be out of business. The selection is horrible and over priced. Rental return policy is a complete rip off! Had 1300 in rental credit, but they would not let me purchase anything but a band or orchestra instrument and it had to be for more than my credit. Rental credit policy changes depending on who is at the front desk. The counter people are nice enough, but always seem to be frazzled. Horrible experience and will never return.
