::It is a booth at the mall, they were helpful but somewhat pushy with sales and slow with stuff. Overall just fine but might be better to go to a full store.

::Like the senior plan .associates need more training when a phone is returned because it does not function correctly or you desire a different phone then it is a fight so your not having to pay for two phones one you no longer.

::Park Place T-Mobile location is great! I could not have had better service elsewhere. Suess was very helpful in getting me set up fast with my new Galaxy S9. I will definitely be going back to this location again for services. Thanks guys!

::Hats off to the amazing service at the T-Mobile store at park place mall! This is not just a phone sales location! I went to one of the main store locations on Alvernon and Broadway where I was quickly brushed off (and by quickly i am refering to 20 minutes of sales pitches) that my phone had hard damage from 2 years ago by associate Jesus and would for sure not work again and I would have to claim insurance for $120 or buy a new phone for $100 out the door plus getting tied into a $800 contract for 24 months. I refused to get a new phone as mine worked great up until this morning so I chose to pay off the phone and call insurance for a new one. When I called the company, they told me I did not have insurance and hung up on me, I called again and assurance hung up on me again! We were going to park place mall anyways so I decided to stop by with low hopes but to my graces, I walked up to Rafael! I was very upset, but Rafael smiled and asked for my phone and account information. He did a service reset that did not work but he did not give up or try to even attempt to sell me a new phone, Rafael understood I am on call and needed my phone. Next he did a SIM reset and had my phone up and running within 10 minutes! I cannot say enough how amazing and competent this location is! Employees like Rafael are a tribute to the dying service of customer service and are true technicians. Thank You!
