  No acknowledgmeant I was even in the store, two employees talking among themselves about a phone.... no customer associated with phone

  Only two people in the store and didn’t even acknowledge I was even shopping around. Going someone where else.

  The salesman gave his word he would have a battery waiting for me at the store. Anything to close a deal and get a customer outta there. I've been with T mobile since 2008 and this is the crappiest thing that I've seen any sales associate do. I rescheduled a thing to to pick up that battery. Hey, don't lie to customers. If you had said no to the spare battery, then your customer wouldn't have burnt two and a half hours after a day of hard work. And the bad reviews you get from jerking your customers around aren't worth the fun you get out of it.

  I'd rather not give any stars but I have to in order to leave a comment. These employees do not know anything about common courtesy or CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from the store. Was there for 20 min. Plus before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there and I was wanting to purchase some headphones that were supposed to be on hold me for me which were NOT. Yes I did loose my cool at the end but wouldn't you if you walked into an establishment and you weren't even acknowledged until 20min later....
