::The salesman gave his word he would have a battery waiting for me at the store. Anything to close a deal and get a customer outta there. I've been with T mobile since 2008 and this is the crappiest thing that I've seen any sales associate do. I rescheduled a thing to to pick up that battery. Hey, don't lie to customers. If you had said no to the spare battery, then your customer wouldn't have burnt two and a half hours after a day of hard work. And the bad reviews you get from jerking your customers around aren't worth the fun you get out of it.

::I'd rather not give any stars but I have to in order to leave a comment. These employees do not know anything about common courtesy or CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from the store. Was there for 20 min. Plus before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there and I was wanting to purchase some headphones that were supposed to be on hold me for me which were NOT. Yes I did loose my cool at the end but wouldn't you if you walked into an establishment and you weren't even acknowledged until 20min later....
