  Heba and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable and they patiently guided me through each step of the process plus they answered all my questions. The experience by far was the best service I've received at any phone store. The good service was a HUGE difference than the other T-Mobile store few blocks down the street where staffs were rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend this store if you want the best T-Mobile service.
