  Employees are always helpful and go out of their way to find items that might not be available the store.

  I'd like to think that I'm not a big fan of GameStops in general but this specific location is the best. I'm not referring to the store size nor the selection of games, but the staff. I never feel pressured to make pre orders or upsold. I've been going to this store for the past year and I have to admit, I always have an amazing experience here. If you're going to be trading in games and taking advantage of pro deals, this is the spot to be at.

  These people won't even answer the phone. I called them 6 times in two hours after reading their site to figure out if they had a game in stock. They never answered once! 😞

  I literally love the workers there, they’re so nice and funny. There is a large selection of Funko pops, Way better then going to Alpines to get terrible ones. Good PS.4 games there.

  Selections are ok... Customer service sucks. If you plan to come here in a weekend...don't. Just had a simple question for the sale associate and I understand the need for breaks. But if you are gonna eat and take your break while in the floor, you're bound for someone to ask you questions. "I'm on break" was her response. "You have to ask he(pointing at the cashier with a line that wrapped around the store)." Really? Forget it. Now standing on this ridiculous line to pay 1 item. When the same sale associate said the the same line that she's on break...and as she walked away called a customer on the waiting to pay line at "jerk".
