  Hi Rudy went above and beyond the scope of work when I brought my broken phone in to get IT replaced. He was very patient and even though my phone was a problem and took several hours to get it transferred over, Rudy did the important work that needed to get done and it took awhile too to get it done. THANK YOU RUDY!

  Horrible service. Staff not trained to handle transactions. Girl gave me wrong equipment and swore that it was the right one. Told me to get a replacement I have to go outside their district. Staff needs better training on how to operate tmobile software.

  Impeccable service , employees and managers are extremely​ knowledgeable .. Rudy and Brianna are the best , I highly recommend if you live in the heights area and need a T-Mobile store visit this one

  Had a great experience with transferring my service from At&t to T-Mobile at this location. Tashan and Richard were very helpful in doing so. They went above and beyond!
