::I’ve had two bad experiences at this store that’s makes me not want to even be with the company. Today I went in and the black lady worker with the braid behind the counter just looked at me and didn’t greet me , but had a friendly hello for the white person that came in behind me. The very first time I came into this store was for a phone repair and the guy worker said I must have broke it because I was upset because I was probably talking to two guys, and was probably mad at them. He proceeded to laugh with the male customer. I work in customer service and I believe in fair treatment.

::I showed up about an hour before close time and needed to upgrade my phone. The staff was amazing from sale rep to the manager. This was by far the smoothest upgrade process that I’ve been through. It was so great, I even considered their promotion on the Bluetooth speaker. Proud to say that I’m a Sprint customer. Highly recommend going to this location for your Sprint needs.

::So I’ve been a Sprint customer for nearly 2 decades. I’ve dealt with numerous team members and managers. After my experience with this team, particularly Douglas and Ray, I will travel the 45 minutes to go see them for any upgrades or issues. They not only took the time to help me with an accounting issue, they worked to help me get a much better plan for my family based on our use! They cared, saved me money and were genuine people. Bravo!

::The employees were both very nice and helpful. I am a T-Mobile account holder, but I had a few questions, because at the time I was looking into switching companies. They were very easy to talk to answered all my questions honestly, and weren't pushy about getting me to switch to Sprint. Now their manager on the other hand became very annoying. He was helping another customer, but once he over heard my convo with his employees he left that customer to come over and try to persuade me into switch companies right then and there. To be completely honest I think he is the reason I stayed with T-Mobile!! Besides the fact that their the best company out there right now! Service is good, prices are better!

::I am so thankful to Michael and his boss at this store for all the help they provided me with! I had an issue with my account and was pretty frustrated after having tried to solve it via both chat and phone. Even though it wasn't a store related problem they helped me work through it with Sprint on the line for 2.5hrs (!!!) Michael was incredibly patient and nice and thorough. Great store and awesome service.
