  Today, most retail stores have lost the concept of real "Customer Service". If it weren't for the customers - retailers would have no need for employees. NEWS ALERT, for a great experience "above and beyond", visit the new T-Mobile location at 63rd & N May. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and all around terrific!! Try them for yourself, I did and was amazingly delighted. Lifetime Customer

  We have a business account with T-Mobile. This store is by far the best T-Mobile store I've been to. The employees are very friendly and get the job done every time. Very helpful and will try to save you money. Zeus helped me with my iPhone when the apple store couldn't. Thank you guys. Hope you see this.

  This is not your typical retail experience. When I walked in I was enthusiasticly greeted by everyone in the store. They have great music playing, and they even let me pick my favorite song! I was in to pay my bill and they took the extra time to look into what I was paying and dropped my bill! Everyone else is trying to make my bill higher! The entire staff was high energy and super friendly, and I highly recommend this location to all my friends, family, and co-workers! Thank you T-Mobile for putting this store near me!!
